imagegd2() writes wrong chunk sizes if the image dimensions are a
multiple of the chunk size, albeit the chunks themselves are
written as expected.

This issue has already been reported as
<https://github.com/libgd/libgd/issues/309>, but PHP's bundled
libgd is affected as well.
