Description:
------------
The "Package affected" dropdown menu on the bug submit page lacks the "apcu" entry in the PECL sublist, preventing from submitting an apcu-related bug. We're only left with the "APC" choice, where bugs don't seem to be reviewed by anyone anymore.

APCU bugs are managed at https://github.com/krakjoe/apcu/issues and https://pecl.php.net/package/APCu now points to that page as well.
