Description:
------------
The dbase extension uses malloc() and friends in several places,
what circumvents the Zend memory manager, so memory_limit is not
properly handled, for instance.

Instead emalloc() and friends should be used.

Log: Implement #72814: Use emalloc and friends instead of malloc

We replace the calls to the system memory manager with calls to the
ZendMM. As the ZendMM is infallible, we remove the checks for failed
allocations.
