Description:

SplFileObject::setCsvControl takes 3 parameters 
- the delimiter character
- the enclosure character
- the escape character

But the equivalent SplFileObject::getCsvControl returns an array with only two of those parameters. The escape character is missing.

Expected result:

Actual result:
