./configure --help shows some duplicate entries:

--with-jpeg-dir[=DIR]   jpeg dir for gd-1.8+
--with-xpm-dir[=DIR]    xpm dir for gd-1.8+
--with-jpeg-dir[=DIR]   jpeg dir for gd-1.8+
--with-xpm-dir[=DIR]    xpm dir for gd-1.8+
