Description:
------------
Its not possible to retrieve the text/body from a bounced email with the subtype RFC822

$body_plain = imap_fetchbody($this->stream, $this->msgno, '3.1.1');
$body_html = imap_fetchbody($this->stream, $this->msgno, '3.1.2');

Have created a stackoverflow here..
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/35963146/imap-parse-mail-subtype-plain-html

And I doesn't seem to be the only one with the problem.. Look at this 12 years old user comment.. I don't think the bug has ever been fixed

Well, the stackoverflow question appears to be no longer
available, and I haven't been able to reproduce issues with
imap_fetchbody() and message/rfc822 so far. If you can still
reproduce these issues with any of the actively supported PHP
versions[1], could you please make a message available somewhere,
which exhibits this behavior?
