The manual page for $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA states that it was removed in PHP 7.0.

However at the top of the page, the list of versions that supports it does include PHP 7 --- "(PHP 4, PHP 5, PHP 7)"

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
