PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 77FCBFE1

Received this after running both IIS 5.0 and Apache for win32. Cannot determine problem with my script, however, other php pages work fine. The offending page calls the setcookie() function several times (4-5). Could this problem be related to the passing of function parameters? I generally use functioname($var1,$var2,$var3), and do not think I am passing it by reference. Any help would be appreciated.
