Those greatly needed for Hebrew sites function, until recently been hiding somewhere in the code. Glad they are out.
There is one known issue with them:

Non-hebrew chars at the end of a line will get moved to the begining (i.e. English letters and numbers) where the is a \n involved.

The hebrwe functions in general need to be redone to something like freebidi.
