When I approving a patch(such as /zh/phar.count.php) that exists in a new directory,the online editor says: 

svn: '/local/web/sites/edit.php.net/data/phpdoc-all/zh/reference/phar/Phar' is not a working copy
svn: '/local/web/sites/edit.php.net/data/phpdoc-all/zh/reference/phar/Phar' does not exist


I have already committed the empty "zh/reference/phar/Phar" directory in svn few month ago.

Could anyone help me?
