From manual page:

According to the manual, Threaded implements ArrayAccess. That is not the case.

Test script:

var_dump(new Threaded instanceof ArrayAccess);

The maintainer of PECL/pthreads has ceased its developement for
good reasons[1].  Consider to use PECL/parallel[2] instead.
