Description:
------------
Its very odd, but my joomla menu is pull-down on mobile. But when apcu is enabled the menu will flash onscreen and then quickly close again and refuse to re-open. If I disable apcu in the php.in for fpm, then the menu works fine. This is using the default unmodified Joomla 'getting started' data.

A proper reproducing script starts with ,
is max. 10-20 lines long and does not require any external
resources such as databases, etc. If the script requires a
database to demonstrate the issue, please make sure it creates
all necessary tables, stored procedures etc.

Please avoid embedding huge scripts into the report.
