Hi guys

I'm building a web application in laravel5.1 under php7. Yesterday I have compiled PHP from the newest source code available and I have noticed huge performance drop down in cgi mode. I have tried to change configuration but the results were not satisfying at all. Today I decided to recompile the source code from random older revision (May 17th, HEAD at 440481fb3e15d78d0d92432c3adba9067989f43a) and the performance is back as expected. Below you can find some numbers for single simple authentication page:

Source code from 16th June:
opcache enabled: ~18 SECONDS!!!
opcache disabled: ~900 miliseconds

Source code from 17th May:
opcache enabled: ~7 miliseconds
opcache disabled: ~40 miliseconds

The config files, system configuration, http server configuration, everything is the same.

Also, even a simple page, without any laravel, like:
echo "Hello World!"; 
on the newest revision with opcache enabled takes about 10 SECONDS to execute.

please try to use strace or valgrind(callgrind) to figure out where the problem is
