I am using PHP 5.5.12. I have tried to change the default upload_max_filesize from 2M to a larger value. Regardless of what I try the value reported by phpinfo() remains 2M. I am targeting the correct php.ini file. See attached php.ini file. The dev server in question is

Make sure you're editing the php.ini mentioned at the top of phpinfo() and that you restart the web server after making the change.

I amm edditing the correct php.ini server. And I have restarted the server. Becuase the server is a personal computer I even turn it off. But the 2m value does not change.
