Description:
------------
I am using PHP 5.5.12. I have tried to change the default upload_max_filesize from 2M to a larger value. Regardless of what I try the value reported by phpinfo() remains 2M. I am targeting the correct php.ini file. See attached php.ini file. The dev server in question is http://thewordsmith.system-ns.net/~freshsoftware/php/.

Make sure you're editing the php.ini mentioned at the top of phpinfo() and that you restart the web server after making the change.

I amm edditing the correct php.ini server. And I have restarted the server. Becuase the server is a personal computer I even turn it off. But the 2m value does not change.

Are you still experiencing this issue with an actively supported
PHP version (i.e. 7.1 and up)?
