I saw the "ConFoo: Call for paper is now Open" message while browsing the manual and thought it sounded interesting so I clicked the link. After reading, I was still interested and so wanted more information about how to attend. However, the link for registering as an attendee appears to be incorrect.

I have fixed the relative link to an absolute one and pushed the changes. They will be pushed to all mirrors in anywhere from 5 minutes to two hours.
