Description:
------------
I propose that preg_count() should exist as a dummy alias [similar to "delete"] within the documentation, pointing to preg_match_all().

It's not very discoverable what is the preg_X counterpart to substr_count(), and the preg_match_all() documentation doesn't make this especially obvious, even when we find it.

Thanks for your time.
