Description:
------------
https://github.com/php/php-langspec/blob/master/spec/04-basic-concepts.md#scope

"The scope of a class member m declared in, or inherited by, a class type C is the body of C." Is the member really any more/less in scope within the class than outside of it? e.g. $this->foo versus $x->foo Both must dereference from something.
