Description:
------------
I'd like to interact with the standards@list.php.net via Gmane.org. I put in a request for them to add the list, but they appear to be having issues adding it.

The conversation so far:

> #gmane.comp.php.standards standards@lists.php.net
> PHP language specification discussion and development
> unknown dummy
> encode=encrypt
> lang=eng
> mail-archive=yes
> url=http://php.net/

Subscription messages for the requested mailing lists have been sent.
The resulting groups will be created when the first message
arrives from the mailing lists.

  Best regards,

    Adam

Gmane does not get any replies back when trying to subscribe to mailing
lists on lists.php.net (I can see attempts for three different mailing
lists).

If you can tell me which mailing list manager is used (so far it looks
like we have tried the format used by Mailman and Ezmlm without luck).

The last resort is if you can get someone to manually add a special
Gmane email address (which I can supply) to the mailing list.

  Best regards,

    Adam

Expected result:
----------------
Ability to interact with standards@lists.php.net via Gmane

Ask the for the special address, and I can add it on the server directly.
