 * sapi/php5apache2_2.dll - Apache 2.2.x module. Is not present in the windows distribution http://windows.php.net/downloads/releases/php-5.5.14-Win32-VC11-x64.zip

It is discussed in install.txt in the same zip file.

No alternative file is suggested.

The binaries seem not to build with support for Apache 2.4, So perhaps it is broken

Latest x64 TS releases of PHP 5.5 and 5.6 ship with
php5apache2_4.dll. Note, that the Windows x64 builds of PHP 5 are
considered experimental, though.

install.txt needs an update.
