dupl is used only locally in the IS_OBJECT clause. It is also not initialized, meaning that the efree may be called randomly. I am not sure what was the goal here, why I do not provide a patch yet :)

If you are able to reproduce the bug with one of the latest
versions of PHP, please change the PHP version on this bug report
