apache => 2.2.15-30

Every around two days , unexpectedly, and without any external factor, apache processes get stuck and arrive to its max clients and Stops responding.

APC is no longer supported in favor of opcache that comes bundled with PHP, if you wish to use the user cache, then look at PECL/APCu.
