apc_cas() is unable to update value like true or false

Test script:
apc_store('ss', false);
echo apc_fetch('ss') ? 1: 0;

apc_cas('ss', false, true);
echo apc_fetch('ss')? 1: 0;

APC is no longer supported in favor of opcache that comes bundled with PHP, if you wish to use the user cache, then look at PECL/APCu.
