Description:
------------
Syslog messages are logged with a different severy as set in the configuration.
They are always logged with notice also wenn the level is set to critical in the configuration file.

This is especially a problem when you have a logserver with a gui and you filter on the severity of the messages. In that case the critical warmings of php-fpm don't show up.

Is this still an issue with any of the actively supported PHP
versions[1]? If so, please clarify which setting you have
configured.
