Description:
------------
Basically what the subject says. I wanted to use PHP for some shell scripting ("#!/usr/local/bin/php -n") and it still loads the modules from /usr/local/etc/php/extensions.ini - slowing startup times badly, for once. But the delay isn't even the issue here, there are some other obvious problems with that.
