Description:
------------
We have encountered this error in our application after running the data deduplication in Windows Server 2012. If data deduplication is disabled, everything works fine. We are using include_once in our source code, so I can conclude it's not a defect on our application.
Please review if this bug is already fixed or handled in the latest release.
