Description:
------------
Bug #51750 (Add ()'s when rendering methodname elements) was fixed back in 2010 (thanks bjori!).

The fix involved adding parentheses after methodname, when they occur outside of methodsysnopsis. Unfortunately, this applies the parentheses inside constructorsynopsis/destructorsynopsis elements, resulting in exactly the "silly" output mentioned in that bug.

Expected result:
----------------
Foo::__construct (string $string)

Actual result:
--------------
Foo::__construct() (string $string)

This issue appears to have been fixed in the meantime. Can you
confirm, Peter?
