Description:
------------
I am trying to get a back trace for a fatal error that is occurring in production in a function that has many access points, but while trying to use error_get_last in a shutdown function (register_shutdown_function) there is no trace information, so I can't tell what conditions lead to the code having a problem.

If error_get_last also returned trace information about the fatal error, then I would have a lot more information about what conditions lead to the error.
