Description:
------------
Currently two of links on people.php.net are just unnecessary. I mean:

1) Element "User" in page header which goes to user.php with no ID specified. In result an error is printed

2) Pagination link. In fact results are not limited, so pagination doesn't exists.

Mhh. The pagination link did work just couple of days ago, I guess I must have broken it when I changed the default limit..

As for the 'User' header link.. yeahh.. We are just playing around what would be fun or interesting to have on this page.
