Compiled PHP 5.5.6 (cgi-bin) and add the extension htscanner

Test script:

.user.ini files
fix__DIR__. '/includes/.../Webstart/index3.php/
See e.g. mysql variables in php.ini:
mysql.default_port
mysql.default_socket
 

Expected result:

When php run as CGI 
php.ini file in the dir on cgi'd php binary, in /cgi-bin/

AddHandler php-cgi .php .htm
Action php-cgi /cgi-bin/php5.cgi 
PHP run as cgi with wrapper (for FastCGI) 
Wrapper script should look something like:
#!/bin/sh
export php_fcgi_children=3
exec /home/angosson/public_html/htdocs/cgi-bin/php.cgi -c /home/angosson/php.ini
