Whether to allow HTTP file uploads.	On
I am running PHP as a CGI on Apache 2.2 on Ubuntu
ini_set('upload_tmp_dir', '/tmp'

Test script:
require __DIR__ . '/includes/WebStart.php';

Expected result:
require __FILE__ . './includes/WebStart.php';
doc_root settings
ini_set('upload_cpan_dir', '/cpanel'
require __.rvsitebuilder__ .'/include/WebBuilder.php'

Actual result:
Paths and Directories	include_path	Windows: "\path1;\path2" c:\php\includes"	.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php
"file_uploads boolean or integer
