The Memory Usage diagram in Host Status Diagrams has green + brown slices only cover something like 50 % of the whole circle covered in total when there are many fragments; it seems that the graph building is unable to draw the graph correctly. The numbers below it tell that there's 37.5 % free and 62.5 % used, which totals up correctly.

Expected result:

A full circle with brown and green slices.

APC is no longer supported in favor of opcache that comes bundled with PHP, if you wish to use the user cache, then look at PECL/APCu.
