Fedora Packaging Guidelines requires (to respect the License term) that each RPM includes the LICENSE file, when provided by upstream, and to request for it when missing.

So I do.

Small comment, in php-stats.h:
#define PHP_STATS_VERSION "1.0.3-dev"

This have not be changed when version 1.0.3 was released

Is the SVN still the correct sources ?
Because package.xml still the 1.0.2 one.

Perhaps worth adding a reminder in package.xml, like this one:
