Description:
------------
Hi,
it quite confuses me that the current state is "beta" since the Release
Candidates obviously finished beta status (missing RC for the buildnumber tells
me so).

Is 3.1.0 "stable" or not? Hope you can tell me and probably fix that since pecl
wont install from beta-channel until you tell it to.

Expected result:
----------------
# pecl install imagick
downloading imagick-3.0.1.tgz ...
Starting to download imagick-3.0.1.tgz [...]

Actual result:
--------------
# pecl install imagick
downloading imagick-3.1.0.tgz ...
Starting to download imagick-3.1.0.tgz [...]

Seems that there is a new stable release right now, 3.1.1.
So thanks.
