Description:
------------
When programming ODBC from C it is possible to tell the driver to fetch multiple
rows, resulting in a significant performance increase. For a sample of the API
used, please see

  http://www.easysoft.com/developer/languages/c/odbc-tutorial-fetching-
results.html#rmr

It seems that this option is not exposed/implemented in the PHP ODBC and PDO-ODBC
layers. It would be great if support for this flag could be added to PHP since it
would improve the ODBC interface provided and give programmer additional
flexibility to realize better performance when using ODBC.
