using two or more procedure in php 4

Test script:
$sql = mysql_query("CALL emp_master_list();");
	while($row = mysql_fetch_array($sql)){$x++;}
echo "$x <hr/>";

$sql = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM employee_information");
	while($row = mysql_fetch_array($sql)){$v++;}
echo "$v <hr/>";

$sql = mysql_query("CALL emp_master_list();");
	while($row = mysql_fetch_array($sql)){$z++;}
echo "$z <hr/>";

Expected result:
