Description:
------------
If I lookup PHP commands in the online documentation, it comes up as if there's no CSS or something, because it looks like just a bunch of raw/unstyled HTML:

Expected result:
----------------
A styled page, like other sections in php.net.

Actual result:
--------------
The page is not styled at all, but just raw HTML. Example: lookup foreach in the command reference (or any command for that matter).

OS: Windows 7
Browser: Firefox 14.0.1

Which exact page are you getting sent to?
This sounds like your local browser problem, we have not received any similar
