The PDO mysql documentation incorrectly names two constants: 
PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_SSL_KEY is incorrectly identified as PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_KEY, and 
PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_SSL_CIPHER is incorrectly called PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_CIPHER.
