When compiling PHP 3+ as an 1.3.x Apache module, the parameters needed to be passed to Apache in compiling are not mentioned. As a result, PHP users can follow all instructions religiously and still have the installation fail completely.

No idea what this bug report means.  No parameters need to be passed to Apache manually.  Closing.
