Fedora Packaging Guidelines requires that each RPM includes the LICENSE file, when provided by upstream, and to request for it when missing.

So I do.

Please also include the tests folder in the tarbal, this will allow packager to run the test suite after build an add another QA level.

The fix for this bug has been committed.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
