The manual states that the second parameter to the function: [mixed $entries] can be an array. However, it does not mention that when it is an empty array, nothing will be extracted. 

This is a important distinction as the array may be generated dynamically, and without mentioning this in the documentation the users may expect that an empty array will extract all the entries in the zip files.

I think the manual is pretty clear about that:

| entries
| The entries to extract. It accepts either a single entry name or
| an array of names.

So, if an empty array is passed, no entry is extracted.
