while some older builds (eg. 08-02(own) and 08-16(php4win)) show "wrong parameter count..."
my newest release builds (stas? debug build included) crash on...

parse_url()   crashes too without parameters
fopen()       crashes on non-existent file
              and crashes on try to open the file currently
              beeing executed

Cannot reporduce this on current build, so I guess it's fixed.
