Description:
------------
when calling AMQPQueue::consume it should be a way to set method timeout. Otherwise PHP script will run for a long time, even if browser close connection. Also connection is kept to amqp server, until httpd restart

The just released version 1.0.9 adds specifying timeouts for the socket,
unfortunately we're still struggling to get the documentation up to date.
In the meantime, you can find an example at https://github.com/pdezwart/php-
amqp/blob/master/tests/amqpqueue_consume_timeout.phpt

The amqp book has been removed from the PHP manual[1], so this
ticket is obsolete.
