After deleting ";" in the line ";extension=php_dbase.dll" to use dbase functions php doesn't work. I use Apache 1.3, Windows 98.

I have the same experience with NT 4.0 if Apache doesn't run as service.

You need to download php_dbase.dll from http://www.php4win.de, along with PHP 4.0.2, let me know if that works or not.
