Description:
------------
There are two timezones listed for kentucky
Monticello and Louisville.
BOTH are eastern time.
Ky is split into 2. Louisville is eastern
and Bowling Green is central.
The divider is almost straight south to nashville from Louisville.
I would strongly suggest that monticello be changed to Bowling Green and set to central TZ.

The timezone database which is used by PHP resp. by the timezonedb
extension is maintained by IANA[1], so please report the issue to
IANA.

Until further notice, I'm switching to "suspended".

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP better.
