Description:
------------
the PHP was compiled from the MacPorts repository (macports.org), and after installing the php5-SPL_Types port, the phpinfo() output denotes the installed version of SPL_Types as 0.1.0. However the port claims to be version 0.3.0 and according to the PECL documentation (though sparse) version 0.3.0 seems to be the correct one.

the issue was reported at MacPorts (https://trac.macports.org/ticket/27447) and has been said to be an SPL_Types core issue (nothing they could change).

Test script:
---------------
<?php
  phpinfo();
?>

Expected result:
----------------
SPL_Types
Version 	0.3.0

Actual result:
--------------
SPL_Types
Version 	0.1
