The SQL installation script for MySQL is missing the "post_vars" column. It is 
only included in the upgrade script.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of PHP, which you can download at 
http://www.php.net/downloads.php

This has been fixed in latest release of APM.
