I've checked several mirrors, but haven't been able to reproduce this.  If you're 
still seeing this issue, please send the full link to the 403 page you're seeing.

error steel heppened, thats make impposible to search anything, this is link to 
page where I was redirected http://ru.php.net/search.php?

Seems it dublicate of #61629 .
I just try ru.php.net and get 403 forbidden. After 5 min mirror start work 
normally again.
Seems it periodically problem on this mirror.

This issue appears to have resolved itself, and has not reappeared in the month 
elapsed between the report and today.

Considering it resolved and closing this bug.  Please reopen if you see the 
behavior resume.
