It should be possible to let rabbitmq server generate unique queue name.
Now this is not possible, because AMQPQueue::declare() throws exception when name is not set.

Test script:
$con = new AMQPConnection();
$queue = new AMQPQueue(new AMQPChannel($con));
echo $queue->getName();

Expected result:
Should echo auto generated queue name (like 'amq.gen-U0srCoW8TsaXjNh73pnVAw==').

Actual result:
AMQPQueueException: 'Could not declare queue. Queues must have names.'

This bug has been fixed in SVN.
