Following up on Debian bug #660581 (, I've noticed that in commit r312399 to ( a commented access.format directive was added to for the 5.3, 5.4 and trunk branches.

Although this was done in one commit, the directive in 5.4 and trunk is between quotation marks, while the one in 5.3 branch isn't.
