rm -rf php-5.3.10 does not delete php-5.3.10/ext/standard/tests, saying that it is 
not empty, when it is empty.

I can't see any way this is a PHP bug, but out of interest: did you run the test 
suite as a different user? What files are actually left when you try to rm -rf the 
source directory?
